Here is a taster of the treats in store at our Spring Concert:

The first half will feature Waldershelf Singers, singing short choral, gospel and folk compositions, and our guests from the Singersโ€™ Collective performing several pieces covering a range of genres from religious and classical to lighter romantic songs

And we are delighted to have Elliott Bailey, a professional cellist, who will perform two solo pieces

The first half ends with all singers and musicians performing Cantique de Jean Racine, the renowned choral composition by Gabriel Faure, celebrated for its elegant melodies.

The second half of the concert will be the full Choir and guest singers from the Singersโ€™ Collective and all our musicians performing Rutterโ€™s Requiem โ€“ one of the best-loved and most widely performed choral works of the twentieth century.
